Appointments

We currently require an appointment for all office visits with the exception of allergy shots and visits to receive immunizations only. We try very hard to get all children who are acutely ill seen on the same day as your call into our office.

When you are making an appointment , please be sure to tell the receptionist EVERYTHING that you would like to discuss during an appointment.  We base the length of the appointment on the reason(s) that you give. Also, please note that Well exams are really for just wellness; there is not time allotted to discuss other issues at the same visit. We always want to make sure that we have enough time to discuss any problems that are going on with your child(ren), but we really need requested sufficient time to do so.

In addition, we have to ask that you make an appointment for each and every child that you would want seen on a given day. It is not fair to parents following you on the schedule to have to wait for us "to take a quick look at my other child who is also sick today."

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run late. We will keep you informed so that you have the option of rescheduling your appointment or seeing another provider, if available.
